Finding the planning portal, and what to have ready
The surest way to reach any council's planning service is through the government's find your local council tool, which links to the official site. From there you can search past applications on your street and find how the council asks you to submit a new one.

Existing floor plans show each level as it stands. Proposed plans show the change. Add elevations, sections, a site plan and a location plan and you have the standard set most householder applications need, which is what our Bexley planning permission page walks through.
