Tell Us About Your Project
A fixed quote and a free planning appraisal come back within one working day — including an honest answer on whether your project needs planning permission at all.
Ways to reach us
Phone — 020 7864 7245. The quickest route if you want to talk a project through before committing to anything. Monday to Friday during working hours.
Email — [email protected]. Useful if you already have documents — an estate agent’s floor plan, a previous decision notice, a builder’s sketch. Send them over and we can quote more precisely.
WhatsApp — message us on WhatsApp. Photographs of the property and the rear elevation help enormously at the quoting stage, and WhatsApp is the easiest way to send them.
Post — 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. We are a drawing practice, not a walk-in office: surveys happen at your property and everything else runs by phone, email and the portal, so please write or call ahead rather than turning up.
Existing clients — your drawings, revisions and approval status live in the client portal. Sign in there rather than emailing for the latest set.
What to have ready
None of this is required to get a quote, but the more of it you have, the tighter the number we can give you:
The full property address and postcode — planning constraints are set at the address level, so this is what lets us check conservation-area status and Article 4 directions before we quote. What you are hoping to build, even loosely. Roughly when you want to start on site. Whether the property is a house or a flat, and if a flat, whether you own the freehold. And any previous planning history on the property — a refusal on the record changes how a fresh application should be framed.
Where we work
All 33 London boroughs, and only London. If your property is outside the M25 we are not the right practice for you and we will say so rather than take the job. See the areas we cover for borough and postcode-level planning guidance, or start with the London planning permission guide.
