A floor plan for a house shows each storey on its own sheet. For a flat it is usually one sheet, and it often has a second life as the plan attached to a lease or a sale. Either way we measure on site, so the walls, openings and stairs are where they really are. The national making an application guidance says plans must carry an identified scale and show north, and ours do.
The published starting fixed fee for scaled floor plans for sale, letting or lease is £275. Bigger homes are quoted to suit, and the pricing page lists the fixed fees. If you also want elevations and sections, ask for a measured building survey.
