Projects that skip the full application
Our analysis of the same release, table PS1, shows Hounslow decided 903 certificates of lawful development over the eight quarters from 2024 Q3 to 2026 Q2. A certificate confirms in writing that a scheme is permitted development, which can cover some rear extensions and loft conversions.
